Lookit the pretty icon poisoninjest made me!

A few weeks ago, I saw Sleepy Hollow for the very first time. I loved the film, but it was this image most especially that stayed with me in the days following; and when poisoninjest offered to make icons as a Xmas present, this is what I asked for.

::pets pretty icon:: Oooh, I'm so pleased with it!

Sleepy Hollow is my favourist (and it was made 500 yards from where we were living at the time at leavesden studios. You could see some of the sets. From certain places, you can still see the windmill).

What? It wasn't shot in upstate New York? I thought the skies were too leaden!

It's Leavesden and I think somewhere in Buckinghamshire for the village.

Didn't get to see Johnny though. :(

There's lots of Harry Potter sets there at the moment.

This is a big filming area actually. Watford turns up on TV all the time. We have leavesden, Elstree (I applied for a job there once) and pinewood all close. Tom Cruise used to live in Radlett when he was making Eyes Wide Shut and that was about 5-10 miles away, oh and they did a Bond film there awhile back.

Radlett? Really? I always pass that on the train (when I stay in Edgware, I usually fly into Luton)...and Elstree&Borehamwood too, of course.

Radlett is one of the most exclsive postcodes in Britain apparently.

You wouldn't know it from the glimpse you catch of it from the train...

It's not that bad.
