The Doctor. Rose. Holding hands, and telling her he's glad he met her. Awwww...I'm just a big romantic sap at heart.

And now it's time to go and watch Cool Money that bogwitch was kind enough to send me. I love my flist.

Oh, Cool Money! All sorts of pretty! Grrrooowwllll....
Apr. 10th, 2005 05:51 pm (UTC)
I know! The movie itself isn't all that interesting -- or rather, I should say, the story itself isn't all that interesting; but James in every single shot, and at his most delicious too (although, must say: missing the abs) certainly makes for a very enjoyable viewing!

Not much of a story and all but - pretty, pretty man. Looking much more his age and comfortable with it, and still very, very pretty. That makes me happy. He has that little bulge above his waistband now - I suspect the Spikeabs may have diminished. That's OK - on JM it's endering.

He'd better get them back if he plays Spike again, though!

I usually don't mind that little bulge above teh waistband, and it is -as you say- quite endearing in a way; but with James...I don't know, he spoilt us with those abs. He should never be without them -- certainly not if he's ever going to reprise the role of Spike.

BTW, how did your mouse fare in the end?
Apr. 10th, 2005 10:47 pm (UTC)
Ss far as I know, mousey is alive and well and setting up a new home somewhere close by (but hopefully not in) The Greyhound. It was cold and dark, but a fearless mouse-hunter with a conscience just had to do it.

::awestruck:: You are so brave and intrepid.

The Doctor. Rose. Holding hands, and telling her he's glad he met her.

I know! It was adorable, wasn't it?

Still clinging on to my earlier statement about not having a romantic bone in my body, though! ;)

This Doctor is just so...cute, boyish, endearing, fantastic, and shippy, that every Saturday night, I'm giddy as a schoolgirl at the thought I'll see him in action again for an hour or so.

Must admit I'm developing a teensy crushette on him - still, I'm fighting it as he won't be around much longer. :( Really looking forward to Dr Who all Saturday though!

Oh, I'm completely in this Doctor's thrall; have been from the moment he told Rose to run. That's why it hit me so hard when the news broke a few days later that CE'd already resigned -- and why I checked out David Tennant in Casanova the other day. Not completely convinced...

But anyway, I've decided to enjoy our present incarnation for this season to the full, and try to forget about CE bailing on us like that.

Camp, indeed! There's nothing camp about him that I can see -- and I'm sure they're at it like rabbits, him and Rose, in that TARDIS between adventures!</i>

I like DT - he's cute and boyishly attractive and pretty in his way and not a bad actor at all (he makes a very likeable - or possibly lickable - Casanova)- but as The Doctor? Can't see it. Especially after the lovely, sexy CE.
Apr. 11th, 2005 09:22 am (UTC)
What are the chances of CE changing his mind? Slim to none? Thought so.

DT is good as Casanova, but Dr. Who? No. We need someone with a far more sinister attraction.

I can think of someone.

But then, as I constantly think of that someone, it possibly has nothing to do with his appropriateness for the role...

Casanova tonight. I really enjoyed it last week.

I can think of someone.

The thought had crossed my mind as well! But then I thought, 'Nah...' He won't want to do it, anyway: it'd take him away from his all-important family commitments, wouldn't it?

Casanova tonight. I really enjoyed it last week.

I didn't not like it, but...well, I didn't like the hipped-up 18th century costuimes. It felt like I was watching an Adam Ant video at one point, and it irked me. So not sure whether I'll be catching it tonight.

I just went with the ride. It's not the usual BBC period drama, is it, but it was a rolicking bit of telly and gave me a laugh. That seems to be all I ask at the moment!

Plus DT was a treat.

Mindless entertainment? Yeah, alright then! And it looks from the trailers that tonight's going to be a cracking good episode. But OMG, those wigs!
Apr. 11th, 2005 11:30 am (UTC)
After nearly three weeks of having the kids under my feet, mindless is the most I can cope with. At least it's a better class of mindless!
Apr. 10th, 2005 07:23 am (UTC)
Sorry it took so long, Easter got in the way.
Apr. 10th, 2005 05:48 pm (UTC)
I'm not complaining! And thanks for sticking on all the extra bits - it was fun to see how Spike threw himself into that fireplace time after time after time! ;-)
Apr. 10th, 2005 05:51 pm (UTC)
I hate seeing spare space on a disc!
Apr. 10th, 2005 06:33 pm (UTC)
Well, it was all very much appreciated, so 3 cheers for you!
