Oh great. I just typed in the wrong access code to my mobile -- and now it's blocked. My helpful colleague tells me I now need to type in the TAN-code to unblock it. Apart from the fact that I have no idea what my TAN-code might be or where I may find it, what use will that be to me as I can't for the life of me remember my access code? That is to say, I'm convinced it's xxxx and always has been, but apparently, that's not it or it wouldn't have been blocked in the first place.

Perhaps it will be simpler just to buy another phone.
