1. Total number of films I own on DVD/video:
This is embarrassing. Not a lot. Despite having had a VCR since 1997, my guesstimate is I only have between 50-75 films in total -- and most of them are languishing in the storage box downstairs. Most of them, I don't even know what they are.
The total number of DVDs I own: 12, 8 of which are films.
2. The last film I bought:
King Arthur -- watched it once, didn't like it, waste of money.
3. The last film I watched:
At home: Star Wars - Attack of the Clones -- didn't like it. Hayden Christensen cannot act, Anakin Skywalker is a whiney brat, and why Padme would fall for him is a complete mystery. Their romance lacks chemistry and suffers from awful dialogue. Also, Ewan McGregor never gets a chance to show what a good actor he really is. Love the costumes, though.
At the flicks: Wimbledon, I think, last summer. What can I say? I don't go out much.
A quiet day at the office: Cold Mountain - ::sniffle:: BEAUTIFUL.
4. Five films that I watch a lot:
I don’t tend to watch again and again. But every few years I get an itch to see The Sound of Music again, and I have seen Cat On A Hot Tin Roof more times than I care to count...what else? Oh yes, Bram Stoker's Dracula, because it's the first horror film I've ever watched that hasn't given me nightmares -- and because Gary Oldman is teh pretty.
::thinks very hard to come up with a fourth movie::
I know! I've seen Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon 3 times since it came out, and every time because I wanted to -- that makes it a film I watch a lot!
::really racks brain to think of a fifth, but fails miserably::
I haven't got the LotR-box set yet, but I expect that when I do, I will watch it more than once...
5. Tag 5 people and have them put this in their journal:
I don't know, who hasn't done this yet?
