Is it bad of me that I should suddenly start hoping fervently I won't meet my target of landing a new job by summer's end?

What -- you knew they were coming back, or you knew I wasn't serious about getting another job? Oh right -- you knew I wasn't serious about last time having been the last time followed them around, didn't you?

Me and my big mouth...;-)

Well, at least this time following them only entails London. You could pretend you're there for an exhibition, or shopping, or something... purely coincidental. What you? A fangirl? Nah... it's not stalking if you just happen to be in same city.

So far...other dates undoutedly to be announced!

You know what? You're absolutely right! I have every right to just happen to be in the city when they are. And then, it would be unforgiveably rude of me if I just happen to be in the city when they are, and not see them, wouldn't it? Manners dictate I go to The Troubadour! ;-)

Manners dictate I go to The Troubadour.

Manners also demand that you rinse and repeat. So that's both nights accounted for.

No, but it might make them think twice about hiring me in the first place!

I should have taken Tinny's advice, really -- start applying for those jobs first that you won't care about not getting, just to familiarise yourself with the whole process of...hang on! that's actually crap advice, isn't it? Apply for jobs you won't care about not getting? What if I get one? I'd be jumping out of the frying pan straight into the fire.

If you're the right person for the job, they won't care that you have plans already made and will be taking off shortly after starting. AND YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON... we just have to find you the right job. (And all of us third parties will pretend to know nothing about it.)

This is assuming of course I get the job I sent the application in for last night! Wouldn't that be marvelous, to get the first job to come along that takes your fancy!

On Her Majesty's Secret Service, denial, I believe, is a much sought-after trait...
